OpenAI unveiled several new products at its first developer event, including the GPT-4 Turbo model for text and image analysis, and a new Assistants API. The company also announced plans to allow users to create their own versions of GPT, and to publish these to a store. Other launches included the DALL-E 3 API, a text-to-speech API, and a Copyright Shield program to protect businesses from copyright claims. OpenAI also revealed that ChatGPT has over 100 million weekly users, and over 2 million developers are using its API.
