European spacecraft on way to Jupiter and its icy moons


GPT-4: The European Space Agency has launched the Jupiter Icy Moons Explorer (Juice) on a mission to study Jupiter and its moons Europa, Callisto, and Ganymede. The spacecraft will take eight years to reach Jupiter and will investigate the potential habitability of the moons, which are believed to harbor underground oceans. Juice will also attempt to orbit Ganymede, marking the first time a spacecraft has orbited a moon other than Earth’s. The mission aims to answer questions about the possibility of life beyond Earth and explore the unique characteristics of Jupiter’s moons.
